The production process of flavored soy milk necessitates the boiling and dissolution of ingredients, which results in the formation of a layer of highly viscous carbonized residue on the surface of the mixing tank post-production. Conventional acid-base cleaning agents are insufficient to completely resolve this issue, necessitating manual intervention within the tank. This manual cleaning process not only causes significant abrasion to the tank walls, but also exposes personnel to elevated temperatures within the confined space, resulting in suboptimal cleaning efficiency and heightened operational risks.
